Reanna went above and beyond. This is our third time dealing with her and she is absolutely fabulous. She is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate. She is personable and professional and an absolute gem to work with.

Reanna went above and beyond when helping us find a house. With it being my first time looking for a home, she shared valuable insight regarding numerous things to watch for: foundational, electrical, etc. It was a wonderful and rewarding experience to learn from her!

Kelly is simply amazing. She is knowledgeable about market trends, staging and the details that help you sell a place. From the beginning she was detail orientated and thorough, I always felt like she went above and beyond to help us get people into our place and to get feedback about the property. The sale of our condo was a tricky one because of complexities with special assessments and the current state of the market but she made it seem seamless and easy. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to buy or sell. You will be more than pleased.

Kelly Nichole was great and did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right properties in the right neighborhoods that we wanted. We are real estate investors and needed the right property. Our check list is extensive and the properties needed to check all the boxes for them to work for us. She helped us negotiate and get us the price point we needed to hit and made sure at closing there was no loose ends. She’s very profession, punctual and you can tell she actually cares about getting you what you need. I highly recommend her!

Reanna was absolutely amazing in the sale and search of our home. We welcomed our baby on the day we sold our home, making it a bit more stressful however Reanna went above and beyond in helping us with everything we needed. I don’t think we could of done it without her.

Reanna was the best, would definitely use her again and recommend her to any friends or family. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the preferred buildings to buy for condos. She was able to negotiate a very reasonable offer in my favor. Reanna made a stressful decision into an enjoyable experience.

Reanna is a 5 Star Realtor! She is super knowledgeable and offers sound advice when looking for a home. We did not hesitate to go to her with any of our questions or concerns, she was impressively professional and had so much to offer with all aspects of home purchasing. She sold both of our homes in a timely fashion for a solid price point and found us a beautiful property that we love. So thankful for her!
